SIGNAL CREST UMC YOUTH SMALL GROUP REGISTRATION
We are excited to welcome you back to youth small groups in-person on Sunday, June 28th at 7 pm. In order to ensure we are maintaining safe social distancing protocols, you must RSVP for your student(s) that will be attending. We will check you in on site so we have an accurate record of who attended. The number of students that register per small group each week will determine how many small groups we will have each week for that group (middle school boys, high school girls, etc) since we can only have 8 students and 2 adults per group. As such, once registration closes, Drew will determine where each group will meet and will send out information accordingly. We do ask that if your plans change and your student will miss youth small group, email dbarton@signalcrestumc.org so we can remove you from the RSVP.
Please ensure you and your student have read and understand our Small Group Guidelines found on Summer Youth Small Group page.
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email for everyone registered, if you do not receive this email, you are not registered for Youth Small Groups.
To RSVP:
- Log in to My Signal Crest. (If you have not set up your My Signal Crest account or have forgotten your login information, simply click on "Request a Password". Enter your email address we have on file for you and follow the prompts. A My Signal Crest Account will be created and will link you to your record or allow you to reset your log in information.)
- You will register student by student and be asked a series of questions for each student you are registering. Once you finish one student, if you have more to register, click Register Someone Else and you can select the next student and so on. Once you have registered all students that you need to, click submit.
- Once you have registered everyone, click "Click Here to Complete Your RSVP". A new page will be displayed, scroll down to Terms of Agreement. Read the agreement and enter your name as an acknowledgement to the terms. You are acknowleding the terms for all students you are registering but there is only one waiver.
- Click "I agree to the terms and conditions". Click "Click Here to Complete Your RSVP".
- You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you are not registered.
